Using the AddOn Uploads Tool

The AddOn Uploads Tool allows you to input AddOn amounts for multiple workers' at one time and benefit from the system automatically calculating the billing amount.

Before using the AddOn Uploads Tool, keep the following in mind:

1. The WorkSegment ID will be needed.

• The AddOn Uploads Tool requires the WorkSegment ID(s) to input AddOn amounts.
• You can find the WorkSegment Id in the "Review Unapproved WorkSegment" view.
• If your "Review Unapproved WorkSegment" view does not already include the WorkSegment ID column contact WorkRecords Support to request the column be added.

2. The Holiday AddOn must be included on the order.

• To use the Holiday AddOn tool for holiday billing, workers' active Orders must include the Holiday AddOn.
• If the Holiday AddOn is missing from workers' orders you can open a support request to have them added.  You will need to include Order IDs and cc the manager at the workplace for the fastest response.  Remember to include any template IDs you'll use to create future orders!
