WorkRecords provides you with the ability to view reports in a way that best suits your needs. After clicking on any View in WorkRecords, a Field Selector section provides the ability to: (a) define the parameters of the report to run, (b) organize the results by using Sort Order, AND (c) provide summary tables grouped by the categories selected. Note: It is possible to also display the View with multiple group order summaries.
Example:
An Order Confirmation View can display a summary table by Buyer or Supplier. Labor Buyers can group the information by completing the action below.
- Click on the Group Order field on the row entitled People or Labor Supplier. If this is the first one selected, a number one (1) will be displayed in that field, because that's the first group summary requested.
Completing the action above will display the View by grouping all People or Labor Suppliers. To summarize all active Order Confirmations by Base Bill Rate, group the information by completing the action below.
- Click on the Group Order field on the row entitled Base Bill Rate (the number two (2) will be displayed in that field).
