Who is a Compliance Manager?

A Compliance Manager is the WorkRecords "super user" at a specific location.  This person works closely with someone that has oversight responsibility or influence with the department managers (often the local WorkRecords Manager).  The Compliance Manager helps track activity to ensure the standard WorkRecords operating procedures are enforced with both the location's managers and the Labor Suppliers serving the location.  Companies with many locations using WorkRecords will often have a combination of corporate, regional, and local Compliance Managers.

Why have a Compliance Manager?

A Compliance Manager is also a designated point of contact to help improve optimal usage and consistency between Labor Buyers and Suppliers. The Compliance Manager will:

  • run various usage reports and review them with the WorkRecords Manager to ensure optimal usage of WorkRecords for internal and external purposes (accurate data for labor management or warehouse management systems, etc.)
  • contact users (Labor Buyers and Labor Suppliers) to coach and/or review best practices in areas where they are out of compliance
  • receive notifications regarding enhancements to the WorkRecords software
  • participate in account reviews
  • take on responsibilities assigned by the WorkRecords Manager
