Step Five (by WorkRecords Manager)
During new GoLives, WorkRecords provides a customized an email template, for emails sent by the WorkRecords Manager, to notify Labor Suppliers. This email includes the email address of the Implementation Director with a request that the supplier "reply to all" in agreement to begin utilizing WorkRecords. Once the email is sent, the buyer's WorkRecords Manager and/or Compliance Manager will track responses and reach out to labor suppliers to encourage a timely response. The buyer should retain a copy of the supplier notification response from each supplier for their records. NOTE: This email reply begins the account setup and training process between WorkRecords and the supplier.
