Step Six (by WorkRecords Implementation Director or Buyer WorkRecords Manager / IT contact)
With the remote monitoring software utilized by WorkRecords, once Kiosks are powered on and connected to the Internet the WorkRecords IT team can complete most if not all of the pre-GoLive testing. The WorkRecords Kiosk team will work with the Buyer WorkRecords Manager or IT contact to optimize performance as needed. On rare instances WorkRecords may need the assistance of someone onsite with a mouse/keyboard with a USB port accessible for troubleshooting or testing.
