What is the WorkRecords Certification?

WorkRecords Certification is a proof of proficiency in WorkRecords that is available to any Staffing Supplier that has one or more individual users certified and maintains a high standard about their data management.  Today, companies certify on the core WorkRecords product (certifications in specialty areas are coming soon).

Why is WorkRecords offering the WorkRecords Certification?

While WorkRecords is easy to use for beginners, it's also a very powerful tool in the hands of knowledgeable users. Staffing offices that are Certified will be effective at leveraging WorkRecords within their organizations and assisting the Labor Buyers that they serve with meeting their objectives of security and financial control.

Why should my staffing office become certified?

Obtaining WorkRecords Certification provides validation to your business partners that your office is proficient in using WorkRecords.  It also makes available several benefits that are not available to offices that have not received their certification. (see Benefits of Being a WorkRecords Certified Supplier)

What does my office need to do to become Certified in WorkRecords?

The first step in the process is to have an individual in your office begin the Certification process.  During this process your office's data will be reviewed and if clean-up is needed a plan will be put in place.  Once at least one individual is Certified and your data meets standards your office will be Certified.  Your Certification remains active as long as you have at least one Certified Supplier in your office and your data passes bi-annual reviews.

How much does it cost?

The WorkRecords Core Certification is free to individuals and staffing offices.
