The easiest way to ensure that Order Confirmations are current and active is by running a List Workers with Missing TimeCards view.  When a worker has more than 2 or 3 missing TimeCards, their Order Confirmation should almost always be closed.  The exception for this is positions such as banquet workers or workers that help with monthly inventory counts.  If the Order Confirmation is not closed, the missing TimeCards should be cleared.  It is best to clear the missing TimeCards on weekly basis.
