A selling location in WorkRecords is simply a label for the Labor Supplier's branch or office. The selling location usually includes the branch/office name and number, as well as the state abbreviation and city (or metro area).
Setting up selling locations provides a Labor Supplier with flexibility in running reports. For example, if bad weather strikes a region, the Area VP may run a view for yesterday's WorkSegments to quickly understand the impact a weather day will have on the week's forecast.
If you would like assistance in determining the best way to set up the branch IDs in WorkRecords for maximum reporting capabilities, please reach out to your Implementation Director (if you are still in the GoLive process), otherwise please open a ticket with WorkRecords Support.
