WorkRecords Support can assist with name updates, following these guidelines:

  1. Single Labor Supplier:
    If the worker is associated only with the requesting Labor Supplier, WorkRecords Support can update the name as requested.

  2. Multiple Labor Suppliers:
    If the worker is linked to more than one Labor Supplier, further verification is required:

    • The requesting Labor Supplier must use the Social Security Number Verification (SSNV) service to confirm the correct name and spelling.
    • Once verified, the Labor Supplier must notify WorkRecords Support with the correct name and verification details.
    • WorkRecords Support will inform other associated Labor Suppliers of the conflict and update the name based on the SSNV verification.
