If you discover that a worker’s Social Security Number (SSN) was entered incorrectly, the WorkRecords Support team can help update the record. 


To request a correction, the Labor Supplier will need to submit a Support ticket with the following details:

  • The worker’s full name as it appears in WorkRecords

  • The first three digits of the SSN as it is currently entered

  • The correct full 9-digit SSN that should be on file

Once received, the WorkRecords Support team will review the request and follow up in the ticket.


If the worker is associated with more than one Labor Supplier in WorkRecords, additional steps or verification may be required before the update can be completed.
