To keep workers safe while checking-in and checking-out out WorkRecords provides workplaces the option to have kiosks configured to support a touchless process. This process allows a worker to log in through the WorkRecords Worker App using their own personal device and a QR code displayed on the kiosk. Once the QR code has been scanned the device mirrors the selections available at the kiosk.
For security, the QR code changes. Access is only available on the worker's device for a few minutes, providing enough time to complete the check-in or check-out process before a new QR code must be scanned.
