Employers on the WorkRecords platform may now provide their workers with a smartphone app that runs on either the Android or Apple operating system, allowing their workers access to:

 

  • Touchless check-in and check-out at WorkRecords’ kiosks
  • Touchless temperature checking at participating workplaces
  • “Hours worked” status view 
  • Option to confirm hours worked
  • Worker panic device tracking for safety (why is there no bullet for this line?)
  • Work services reporting for productivity tracking
  • and more ...

 

Onboarding workers to the WorkRecords App is fast and easy. 

  1.  Ensure that each worker has an order confirmation in WorkRecords. 
  2. Email or text your workers this link to select and complete their registration.  <ADD LINK HERE>

When workers click on the link, they will be prompted to complete the set-up of their personal online account.
