1.  Go to WC-WR.com

While many workers can scan the QR code to go to WC-WR.com.  Some smartphones do not have a built-in QR code reader.  Going to WC-WR.com lets the user get logged in to WorkConnect where they can begin using the QR code reader within the App.

2.  Ensure you have selected the correct option from the main screen

Workplace Employee is a worker that is employed directly by the workplace

A staffing Contract Worker is a worker that is employed by a staffing company

Independent Contractor is a self-employed worker performing work at the workplace

Vendor Providing Services is a worker that works for an outside company contracted to complete specific tasks at the workplace

3.  Confirm your Log-in information with your employer

Log-in information is entered by your employer, or in the case of an independent contractor, the workplace.  To make sure that a data entry error did not occur please contact them directly.

To maintain a high level of security, the WorkRecords Mobile team is unable to look up or provide a worker's log-in information.

4.  For Company Employees and Staffing Contract Workers, Try different initials

The system looks up the worker's name based on the first and last name as it was input by the employer.  A worker with the name Veronica Alegria Martinez is likely entered in the system as:

First Name: Veronica Alegria   Last Name: Martinez   (system initials would be VM)

but may also have been entered in the system as:

First Name: Veronica  Last Name: Alegria Martinez    (system initials would be VA)

If you have attempted different inputs and are still unable to login please reach out to your employer to see how they input your name in the system for you.

To maintain a high level of security, the WorkRecords Mobile team is unable to look up or provide a worker's name/initials to a worker.
