For workers selecting Hourly Worker your Social Security Number or Employee ID, as well as the beginning initial of your first and last name, will be required to complete the setup of your account.  


1.  Try both your Employee Id and SS#


If you are unable to login please be sure you have tried using both your Employee ID and Social Security Number.  For example, if you tried your Employee ID and it did not work you should try your Social Security Number next.  If you have attempted both and you are still unable to login please reach out to your employer to confirm the number that was input for you.


To maintain a high level of security, the WorkRecords Mobile team is unable to lookup or provide a worker's Employee ID or SS# to a worker.


2.  Try different initials


The system looks up the worker's name based on the first and last name as it was input by the employer.  A worker with the name Veronica Alegria Martinez is likely entered in the system as:

First Name: Veronica Alegria   Last Name: Martinez   (system initials would be VM)

but may also have been entered in the system as:

First Name: Veronica  Last Name: Alegria Martinez    (system initials would be VA)


 If you have attempted different inputs and are still unable to login please reach out to your employer to see how they input your name in the system for you.
