Who can see this information?
Only employers or worksites that are using the WorkRecords platform AND that have requested access to the information are eligible to see the responses loaded by the user.
What happens if a worker selects "YES" to any of the questions?
Completion of the survey does not allow or restrict access to users. Users should carefully follow all worksite and employer guidelines with respect to health and wellness. User answers are captured and are searchable through views.
