Not all phones have a QR code reader available. There is no need to download a QR code reader from the App store. For WorkConnect (formerly WorkRecords Mobile), you can use the QR code built into WorkConnect. To start, you'll go to wc-wr.com. After you've signed in you can click on the QR Code link.
BONUS: When your phone does not have a QR code reader, the WorkConnect reader can scan QR codes unrelated to WorkRecords/WorkConnect. When you scan one of these QR codes, you'll get a warning that this isn't a link affiliated with WorkConnect. But you'll see in the example below, that you can choose "GO TO LINK" to continue.
