Views are available for both Labor Suppliers (employers, for example, ABC Staffing Company) and Labor Buyers (worksites, for example, Hotel XYZ or QRS Distribution Center) to determine if a worker is using WorkConnect to check-in and out. This solution addresses the views available for a Labor Buyer (worksite).

Under Reports on the blue menu bar, click on My Views:

1. Select the view Daily: Review Hours & Spend in Progress

2. Input the work date range in the upper left corner
3. Click in the cell to add numbers to "Group Order" boxes for the rows shown here
4. Click the Generate View button

The results will look like the screenshot below.

From this example, you can see that there are 270 WorkSegments in this date range (the total number is shown just above the light blue box that says Export).  Out of those 270 WorkSegments:

  • 81 WorkSegments (30% of them) were from a user that could not use the QR code to check-in because they never registered with WorkConnect
  • 148 WorkSegments (55% of them) did not use the QR code (noted by the zero)
  • 81 WorkSegmemts (30% of them) were from a user that has never used WorkConnect to check-in or out

The field Worker has Punches Using WC can help identify times when the workers have registered but are just not using the QR code to check-in or out.  It can also highlight times that the worker has previously used WorkConnect but has, for some reason stopped.
