For a successful GeoLocaiton Boundary Activation be sure notify your workers that sharing their location is required and have them begin sharing their location immediately. Helping workers that can't share their location:

  1. If a worker has previously declined to share their location they may not be asked if they are willing to share their location on subsequent logins.  First, have the worker log out of WorkConnect AND close the browser session.  Then open a new browser window and log back in to WorkConnect by going to WR-WC.com.  95% of the time this will resolve the issue.  If this does not resolve the issue have the worker clear their cookies.
  2. The worker may have a setting on their phone that never allows sharing of their location when using a browser window (logging into a website).  If this is the case they will need to reset this  preference in their settings.
