This video will cover steps to effectively close Order Confirmations after a completion date is entered, but the Order status still reflects Active.


Please note that the name of the View in most accounts that you will need to use is called Search Orders and Templates. You will find this View by navigating to the Reports tab > My Views link on blue menu bar.


Reasons why an order is still reflecting Active after the completion steps are taken:


 - Incorrect completion date was entered

 - Unsubmitted Hours Stored
