WorkRecords Reach is a lightweight, low-cost extension of the WorkRecords + WorkConnect platform designed for Labor Suppliers. It allows you to use the same reliable timekeeping, tracking, and billing tools at any worksite—even those not onboarded through the WorkRecords Enterprise platform.


What It Does

WorkRecords Reach allows you to:

  • Track worker check-in/out activity using WorkConnect across all your customer sites 

  • Quickly and easily generate invoices

  • Provide third-party backup, for invoice calculations, reducing disputes and speeding up payments

  • Leverage WorkRecords views for all worker activity


And the best part
Most worksites are eligible for the same WorkRecords Enterprise pricing: just $1 per timecard

How to Get Started

To activate WorkRecords Reach for your worksites, complete the attached setup form and Click Here to submit.  


You'll need the following to complete the setup form and submission:

  1. Your company name and contact info

  2. The locations you'd like to activate

  3. The approximate worker volume at each location

  4. The type of work being performed (e.g., housekeeping, food service, shipping & receiving, )

  5. If you are a Certified Supplier be sure to check that box  (Click Here to learn more about getting your office Certified!)
