If you are a Labor Buyer user and need access to a new workplace/property, the Support team can update your account.


To request access, submit a Support ticket with the following details:

  • Your email address (so we can identify your user account)

  • The name of the new workplace/property you need access to

  • Whether you still need access to any other workplaces/properties, or just this new one


If we cannot identify the property based on the name provided, additional clarification such as the physical address of the location may be required.


Once received, the WorkRecords Support team will update your account and confirm the changes in the ticket.
