Templates are created for frequently staffed positions to help ensure accuracy and allow Labor Suppliers to more quickly and efficiently create Orders for workers.


Updating a Template only impacts future Orders created using that Template. It does not change any previously created Orders.


Important: The job title used to create the Template and the Template’s saved name cannot be changed.

    • Name of the workplace/property

    • Email address of the contact person at the workplace/property

  • OT Bill Factor

    • Order #

    • Name of the workplace/property

    • Email address of the contact person at the workplace/property

  • Adding a New AddOn

    • Order #

    • Name of the requested AddOn

    • Rates for this AddOn

    • Name of the workplace/property

    • Email address of the contact person at the workplace/property

  • Sales Tax

    • Order #

    • New sales tax rate

    • Name of the workplace/property

    • Email address of the contact person at the workplace/property

  • Order Notes

    • Order #

    • The text you would like listed in the Order Notes


Once your request is received, the WorkRecords Support team will review the details. Additional information or approval may be required before the update can be completed.
