Updating an order in WorkRecords is quick and easy! You can change the Buyer Primary Contact, PO Number, or Order Notes right from the Order Info screen.


Updating an Order in WorkRecords


You’ll find the Order Info link in TimeCard Editor and several views throughout the system, favorites include:

  • Search Orders and Templates

  • Review Weekly Activity by Worker

  • Export Approved TimeCards with AddOn Details


How to Edit an Order from a View

  1. Click the blue Info link next to the order.

  2. Choose Order Info.

  3. Click Edit Order at the top of the screen.

  4. Type the new information into the appropriate box.

  5. Click Update Order to save your changes.





If you leave a box empty, the original text will remain unchanged.

 


Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Buyer Primary Contact:
    The Buyer Primary Contact must already have a WorkRecords account with the same company.
    If the email you enter doesn’t work, try another or contact WorkRecords Support for assistance.

  • Removing a PO Number or Order Notes:
    To remove existing text from either field, simply type two spaces and click Update Order.
