If you need to add a new customer or workplace to your company’s configuration so that you can create Templates or Orders, the WorkRecords Support team can help.
To request this, please submit a Support ticket with the following details:
The name of the customer or workplace
The physical address of the customer or workplace
The email address of your contact person at that location
The name of the management company or organization that oversees the workplace
Once received, the WorkRecords Support team will review the request and follow up in the ticket once the new customer or workplace has been added to your configuration.
