When creating a Template for a basic position that you staff for, after selecting your selling location and your customer’s name, you’ll see a list of job titles that are currently configured in your account.  


If you need an additional job title added, please submit a Support ticket with the following details:

  • The name of the job title you’d like added


Once received, the WorkRecords Support team will review your request and follow up in the ticket once the new job title has been added to your configuration.
