iPhone Users
Access Settings on the device.

Scroll down and then click on Privacy & Security.

Click on Location Services.

Scroll down to the browser being used (Safari Websites, Chrome, etc.) and click on it.

The Allowed Location Access needs to be “While Using the App” and Precise Location needs to be enabled
