If the keypad is not visible when stepping up to the kiosk, touch the screen to activate it. If that action does not activate the screen please check for the following:
- If the unit is not powered it on, please power the unit on using the power switch. If that action activates the Time Clock the issue is resolved.
- If power is on and a windows screen is present but the Time Clock is not, then touch the Work Records Kiosk Icon on the desktop and it should launch the Time Clock. If that action activates the Time Clock the issue is resolved.
- Power the unit off, wait 15 seconds and then Power back on. If that action activates the Time Clock the issue is resolved.
- If the TimeClock does not appear within the next 60 seconds, please contact WorkRecords Support to determine if there is a connectivity issue.
Please do not attempt to turn the Kiosk off and back on multiple times, as this will cause additional issues.
