Workers need an active profile in WorkRecords in order to create an order confirmation, which the Labor Supplier completes in Step Two of The Five Step Process. 

Adding Workers
Adding a worker to WorkRecords is quick and easy, taking only a few seconds. All that’s needed to get started is the worker’s name and social security number. This 2-minute video walks you through the process step-by-step. 



Uploading Security Photos

The worker’s security photo is displayed in several views within WorkRecords and is used by both Labor Buyers and Labor Suppliers. Many workplaces require this photo to confirm that the vetted worker is the one reporting for the job. Any digital photo of the worker can be uploaded for this purpose. This 5-minute video walks you through the process step-by-step.

If an audit reveals that a worker began work before a security photo was obtained, you can review the security photos taken at each check-in/out and use one of those photos.
