WorkRecords requires that a worker's name and Social Security Number be entered to create the worker's profile.  The Social Security Number is the worker's unique identifier and is used when either checking in or out at the kiosk or registering their magnetic swipe card.  Some suppliers use an Employee ID Number when processing hours/payroll in their back office system.  If that number is preferred for WorkRecords' export of hours, it can be entered into a separate field in WorkRecords and then revealed on the Approved TimeCard report.  Click on the training video below for information on how to use the Employee ID in WorkRecords.
