The Supplier Provided Security Photo is a photo uploaded by the Labor Supplier that visually represents the worker. Once the worker has an Order created, this photo is visible in several views in both the Labor Buyer’s and Labor Supplier’s accounts. The Supplier Provided Security Photo can be used to compare against the worker’s Check-In or Check-Out Security Photos (selfies taken when clocking in or out) as needed.


The Labor Supplier can upload this photo when creating the worker or add it later by following the steps below.


If the Labor Supplier needs to upload a photo for a worker who is already working but does not yet have a photo on file, they still need to start the process of creating an Order for that worker. Once they’ve accessed the Worker Staging List and uploaded the photo, they do not need to finish creating an Order. The Photo link is only accessible in the Worker Staging List area.


If adding a photo for an existing worker:

  1. On the blue menu bar, click Orders.

  2. Select Create Orders – Add Workers.

  3. Click Add Existing Worker to List.

  4. In the search box, enter the most unique part of the worker’s name and click Search.

  5. When you find the worker, check the box next to their name and click Add Worker to List.

  6. You’ll now be in the Worker Staging List screen.

  7. Click the blue Photo link next to the worker’s name.

  8. Click Add New Photo, choose your photo file, and upload it.

If adding a photo while creating a new worker:

  1. On the blue menu bar, click Orders.

  2. Select Create Orders – Add Workers.

  3. Click Create a New Worker.

  4. Enter the worker’s first name, last name, and 9-digit SSN.

  5. Click Create This Worker.

  6. Check the box next to their name and click Add Worker to List.

  7. You’ll now be in the Worker Staging List screen.

  8. Click the blue Photo link next to the worker’s name.

  9. Click Add New Photo, choose your photo file, and upload it.

  10. Continue the process to create the Order for the worker.


This process ensures that the worker’s Supplier Provided Security Photo is available for the Labor Buyer to view and compare with any Check-In or Check-Out Security Photos.
