Before opening a support ticket, try the following steps to access your WorkRecords account:


Request Your Password:

  • Visit www.workrecords.com.
  • Enter your email address in the login field and click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
  • Check your email for your password, it will be emailed to you from info@workrecords.com.
  • If the password email does not appear in your Inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.


If you are unable to log in with the password provided or you do not receive a password, open a support ticket.  Include the following information in your ticket:
  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The name of your company and specific workplace
