The difference between a termination end date and the projected end date is that the termination end date is the date of the weekending that the order was closed and restricts the workers ability to check in and out of a WorkRecords kiosk once the date is in the past while the projected end date is an estimation of when the order will end and has no bearing on the worker's ability to check in or out at the kiosk - the projected end date is included when the order confirmation was originally created while the termination end date reflects when the worker has completed or will complete their assignment at that particular Labor Buyer.
