The difference between a termination end date  and the projected end date is that the term end date is the date of the weekending that the order was closed and restricts the worker's ability to check in using a QR code once the date is in the past while the projected end date is an estimation of when the order will end and has no bearing on the worker's ability to check in or out using a QR code - the projected end date is included when the order confirmation was created while the termination end date reflects when the worker has completed or will complete their assignment at that particular Labor Buyer.
