The best way to access the e-Support website is directly through the user's log-in.  While a user is logged into their WorkRecords account, they can simply navigate to Support on the blue header bar at the top of the screen.  From here, the user can choose to access training resources or create a Support ticket.

The e-Support site is home to a wealth of helpful materials, including hundreds of Videos, QuickGuides and FAQs, which are all available 24/7 to assist with best practices for using the WorkRecords software.  In addition, assistance from the WorkRecords Support team is available when a Support ticket is created.  Because Support tickets are directed to a team of Support individuals, this method is always the best and quickest way to get a specific question or problem resolved.
