So, why is the emphasis on an invoice being presented in WorkRecords?
WorkRecords is merely the tool used to get your invoice into the hands of your customer so that it can be paid. We don't want there to be any confusion - it is the Labor Supplier's invoice and all monies go directly to the Labor Supplier. Instead of sending it to the Labor Buyer via mail, email, fax, etc, it's presented in WorkRecords.
The great news about using WorkRecords to present invoices is that only TimeCards already reviewed and approved by a Labor Buyer manager can be included - this eliminates invoice disputes and can potentially speed up the process for payment.
