Use the ACA hourly AddOn when the amount for ACA billing is tracked separately for billing or reporting purposes. This AddOn will automatically add the total hours for the TimeCard as soon as the TimeCard is approved.
The ACA Hourly AddOn will be visible in TimeCard Editor. If an amount is included, the amount will be overridden with the total hours for the approved TimeCard. For example, even though 35 is typed in the AddOn ACA HR field when this TimeCard is approved, the amount will change to show 31.
When approving a TimeCard with ACA - Hourly on it, the approver will see the AddOn displayed on the approval screen. Remember, a total will not be displayed until the TimeCard is approved.
