In some workplace locations (California in particular), employers are required to reimburse their employees for a portion of their mobile phone cost when the employee is required to use their personal phone for work purposes. There is an hourly SBUs designed to add a charge based on the billable hours for the week, and the other is a daily bill amount based on how many days were worked in the week.
- The Hourly Rate SBU - multiplies the hourly rate amount of the SBU by the number of hours worked for the week and automatically includes the total on the worker's TimeCard.
- The Daily Rate SBU - multiplies the daily rate amount of the SBU by the number of days worked for the week and automatically includes the total on the worker's TimeCard.
