Overview
The Bulk Worker Upload tool allows Labor Suppliers to add multiple worker profiles to WorkRecords at once using a simple .CSV file. It’s fast, secure, and designed to save time when setting up or updating large groups of workers.


Once your file is uploaded, WorkRecords automatically creates worker profiles and provides clear feedback for each row — letting you know what was successfully added and what might need a quick fix.




What You’ll Need

Before uploading, make sure your CSV file includes these columns in this order:

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. SSN (9 digits, must include dashes)

  4. Employee/Payroll ID (optional)

Tip: You can download a sample template below to ensure your file is formatted correctly.


How to Upload

  1. Go to Create Orders - Add Workers → Select Supplier Location → Bulk Upload Workers from A File.

  2. Select Choose File and upload your CSV.  (Please ensure that you have saved the file as a CSV.)

  3. Click Upload to start the process.

You’ll receive a confirmation summary once the upload is complete.
