When creating Orders for workers and using the Add Existing Worker to List function to search for workers already in your company’s WorkRecords database, you may see workers who are no longer active with your company. You can easily hide or archive them so they no longer appear in your standard search.
To hide/archive a worker:
Click the blue text of the worker’s name.
Choose Hide/Archive This Worker.

Then, confirm the action by clicking the next link that appears for Archive/Hide This Worker.

The next time you use the Add Existing Worker to List function, those workers will not appear in your search results unless you change the drop-down box to show “all” or “archived/hidden” workers. By default, only current workers are shown.
To unarchive/unhide a worker later:
- When searching for the worker, change the drop-down box to “archived/hidden”and search for the most unique portion of their name.
- Click the blue text for their name, and then select Unhide This Worker.

- Then, confirm the action by clicking the next link that appears for Unhide This Worker.
