A worker should have multiple active Order Confirmations in WorkRecords in either of the following scenarios.


  • The worker works for two different customers/Labor Buyers, both of whom use WorkRecords.


-or-


The worker works for one customer/Labor Buyer, but in different positions that require billing to be captured in different ways, such as:


  • Different hourly rates for different job activities



  • Hourly rates are used for one job activity and piece-pay, instead of an hourly rate, is used for another (common in hospitality for room cleaning, etc.)
