Once a Worker's Social Security Number has been entered and saved in WorkRecords, it can only be corrected through WorkRecords Support.  Please send an email to support@workrecords.com or create a ticket within e-Support.  Include the following information:
  • Current first/last name of the worker
  • Incorrect social security number
  • Correct social security number   

It is important that you NOT re-enter the worker and Social Security Number in the system, as the worker with the incorrect Social Security Number will remain active and may accidentally be placed on future Orders.
