Once the name of a worker has been entered into WorkRecords, it can only be corrected through WorkRecords Support.  To correct a worker's name please send an email to support@workrecords.com or create a ticket within e-Support.   Include the following information:

    • the worker's name as it appears in WorkRecords (lastname, firstname)
    • the worker's SSN
    • the corrected worker's name (lastname, firstname)
