WorkRecords is excited to guide users interested in obtaining WorkRecords Individual Supplier Certification through the process of becoming Certified.  Listed below are the requirements and recommendations for individuals to obtain their WorkRecords Individual Certification.


  • Individuals are regular users of WorkRecords. (Recommended)
  • Individuals have reviewed and completed the initial Labor Supplier training available through the e-Support Solutions site before continuing with more advanced training. (Recommended)
  • Individuals have completed and passed a Practical exam via a GoToMeeting session with a WorkRecords trainer. (Required)

 

In the Practical exam, the user demonstrates skills and functionality, such as: 


  • Creating Templates
  • Entering Order Confirmations
  • Updating Order Confirmations (changing rates, closing orders, etc.)
  • Invoicing Customers
  • Using Views
  • Monitoring Data
  • Using e-Support

 

To assist users in preparing for the Practical Exam, WorkRecords provides a copy of the Practical exam with all questions and demonstration scenarios that are required to successfully pass the exam.  Links to helpful resources on e-Support are also included.   Because WorkRecords support is always available to our users it is also available during the Practical exam so users are encouraged to walk through the practical gathering the correct answers and completing all scenarios prior to scheduling the Practical exam with a WorkRecords Training Manager.  During the Practical exam, users can also reference any notes previously taken (a handy sheet for note taking is attached below as well).  Please note, users are expected to complete the exam in 60 minutes or additional time will be scheduled and time to review entire training videos etc. will not be allowed during the exam.
