As we visited properties to launch WorkConnect, we found that less than 2% of the workers we encountered did not have a smartphone. Some workers with older phones did not have built-in technology to scan a QR code. But that's okay! WorkConnect has been updated so that the QR code scanning capabilities are built-in. Workers can simply open their browser and go to www.wc.workrecords.com to create an account.  There is no downloading an App store or navigating binding a QR code reader.  It's simple and works on any type of smartphone.


For those workers that do not have a phone, there are three options:

  1. You can help your workers get a FREE smartphone (see the link below for details)
  2. Workers can use the phone of a friend or family member to check in/out
  3. Buyer or Supplier (depending on your agreement) can edit in the workers' time using TimeCard Editor
