If a worker does not have a smartphone, there are three options to ensure they can still have their time and activity tracked through WorkRecords. 

  1. Help them get a FREE smartphone: Many resources are available to assist qualified workers. Click here for details!
  2. Use another phone: Workers can check in/out using a friend or family member’s smartphone.
  3. Manual entry: The Buyer or Supplier (based on your agreement) can input the worker’s time using the TimeCard Editor.
