Once a TimeCard has been presented on an Invoice, the TimeCard cannot be changed.  If the TimeCard has not been presented on an Invoice, it should be unapproved, corrected and re-approved.  

Depending on the situation a Labor Supplier will do one of two things:


Correct Missing Hours

Correct Under-billing



Create a MakeUp Order Confirmation




Process  a Credit / Charge Adjustment




Many Labor Buyers prefer that a MakeUp Order Confirmation be used to capture missed hours so that reports (and automatic integrations) accurately reflect the hours worked.  Remember, a Credit / Charge Adjustment only impacts dollars and allows for a Credit / Charge Adjustment invoice to be created.  A Credit / Charge Adjustment will not impact the hours on an invoiced TimeCard or the Tagging.
